Welcome to Luxe Creatives! By accessing or using our website, booking our services, or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before proceeding.
1. General Information
Luxe Creatives is a lifestyle, event, and food design company based in Atlanta, GA.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all website visitors, clients, and customers who engage with our services (including event setups, catering, pop-ups, DIY kits, digital/physical products, and collaborations).
Luxe Creatives reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services means you accept any changes.
2. Services & Bookings
All event bookings require a signed agreement and deposit to secure the date.
Deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Final payments are due no later than the agreed timeline stated in your invoice.
Luxe Creatives reserves the right to refuse or cancel services in cases of non-payment, unsafe event conditions, or misuse of services.
3. Catering & Food Services
Luxe Creatives follows safe food handling practices. However, we are not responsible for issues that may arise due to food allergies or dietary restrictions not disclosed prior to booking.
It is the client’s responsibility to inform guests of ingredients and allergens.
4. DIY Kits, Products & Merchandise
All sales of digital products (e-books, recipe guides, etc.) are final.
Physical merchandise (shirts, lighters, custom products, etc.) may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Custom orders are non-refundable.
5. Event Rules & Liability
Luxe Creatives is not responsible for damages, injuries, or incidents that occur during client events.
Clients are responsible for obtaining any required permits (e.g., alcohol, smoking/hookah, public spaces) unless otherwise arranged.
Hookah and cigar bar services must comply with local/state laws.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (logos, photos, designs, text, recipes, products) is the property of Luxe Creatives and may not be copied, sold, or reproduced without permission.
Social media sharing and tagging Luxe Creatives is encouraged, provided content is not altered or misrepresented.
7. Payments & Refunds
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, Zelle, Cash App, or other agreed forms.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days.
8. Privacy & Data
Luxe Creatives respects your privacy. Any personal information (such as emails, addresses, or payment info) is used solely for business purposes and will not be sold to third parties.

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts within Fulton County, GA.
